Nelson T. Peņa has been an attorney for 20 years and has litigated cases from Northern Florida to the Keys. Nelson has resided in our community for over thirty years, and has developed a special understanding of the history and culture of the people of Florida. He is a graduate of Florida International University and Nova Southeastern Law School. Since 1990 Nelson has represented his clients successfully in civil and criminal arenas in federal and state courts.
In his years of practice Nelson has developed a reputation as a strong litigator and advocate for his clients. He has amassed over one hundred jury trials and numerous victories prior to trial.
